My wife and IA man went into an arena where there was a concert going on, there were thousands of young girls many not even in their teens. The man was wearing a device which was loaded with explosives and pieces of metal that would become shrapnel. As the concert was ending and people were beginning to leave the auditorium the man, a suicide bomber, and a radicalized Islamist terrorist set off his vest. He killed over 20 people, one was only 8 years old, he also wounded about 59 others. He believed he was a martyr for the cause of his god, it seems to me that he was pure unadulterated EVIL, he is expecting to enjoy a bunch of virgins in paradise, instead his soul is now in hell, there are no virgins, just demons to torment him until the day of the Lord.
I find myself angered by this evil act of this man, but more to the point, I am angered by the moral stupidity of those who keep telling us that terror has nothing to do with religion, when it really has to do completely with religion. This man and the millions of others like him, consider themselves to be the purest practitioners of Islam and they do these things in the name of their god. They believe that they are working to bring their form of Islam to the entire world, they are working to restore the Ottoman Empire of the Turks which was destroyed in WW I. Their leader claims to be the Caliph of the Islamic State, They care nothing for human life, they rape and kill anyone Muslim or non-Muslim, Christian or Jews especially, but anyone who does not adhere to their view of Islam.
I have read a lot of history of that part of the world, and the nearest thing I see of these people who will kill and destroy in the way that they do, are the Assyrians an ancient enemy based in what is now Syria. They were an extremely warlike people who would come upon a walled city and would capture any they could, and impale them outside the city where they could be seen and heard. They would then demand the surrender of the city, they told the people inside the city gates that if they surrendered, they would live, but if not they would all be killed in the same manner as those who were screaming in agony outside the city walls.
What is it these people want? They want to bring the world to an end, they believe that once they are able to establish the world-wide caliphate, it will bring their messiah to earth, of course there will be a lot of bloodshed before this can be accomplished. They believe that if they die in the work of Jihad, they will be rewarded for eternity in paradise with many women who will always be virgins. This is PURE EVIL, there is no other way to describe what these people are capable of, they have no respect for any life anywhere. Their only aim is Holy War against all who do not practice their way of life, they kill men, women and children without any thought other than the idea that they are the ones who are going to destroy all who reject their brand of Islam.
If we do not recognize this, if we do not name it for what it is, then we cannot win against this form of hatred. Wake up America, wake up progressives who think you can kiss up to these people and they will let you live, wake up EU you have sealed your own fate by being unable to recognize what you are harboring within your nations. Death and destruction is coming to every one of your towns, cities and countries, because these people do not care about you even one iota. Wake up before the conflagration gets worse, before more 8 year old children have to die. Wake up all of you who are only interested in yourselves, this will catch up to you and it will destroy you.
Thomas Jefferson spoke of the parasitic nature of government, in his time he wanted to rid the government of this bane on its ability to function. As we look at the government we have today, it is full of parasites. People in the House and Senate who have been there for most of their adult lives, and feel that they are entitled to stay until they can no longer function. Anyone who changes that, or who has the audacity to want to move them out of their position of power will be attacked with a vengeance.
Not only those in the House and Senate, but we also have a Bureaucracy that is loaded with parasites feeding off the backs of hard working Americans. President Trump refers to it as the swamp and wants to drain it and cast out the parasites. They are fighting with every ounce of their collective hatred to destroy this administration, to rid themselves of that which threatens their ability to run the government as they see fit.
This bureaucracy, has supplanted the politicians and is the actual engine that runs the government of the United States. These are the rule makers, they are the law makers and they make sure that any laws are to their benefit. When I worked in the District of Washington in the Army, I found out just how had it is to move a bad apple out of their position. They have made it almost impossible to fire them, even when they don’t bother to even show up for work, or refuse to do that task that is required, you can only transfer them to another office where they will continue to get paid to do nothing.
These are also the ones who are leaking information, even if it is false information, just to destroy the President and his administration. I do hope that this President and his administration will be able to drain the swamp that is the government of this nation, to include those in the House and Senate who are working to obstruct anything and everything the President wants to accomplish.
For those of you who also want to drain the swamp, I would suggest that you learn all you can about those who are running for office in your state, vote out those who are incumbents if they are trying to obstruct that which you know is to your benefit and that this President is trying to accomplish. The Democrats in the House and Senate want to keep Obamacare as the law of the land. They want Judges who will make law from the bench not interpret and enforce the Constitution and laws of this land. They are working very hard to destroy any work that this President wants to accomplish. Find people who want to uphold the Constitution in your State, and put them in office. Do not allow the hatred of the Democrats and some Republicans to blind you to your duty as American Citizens. Learn and then vote, look at what these politicians say, and then study what they do. If what they do is what they said they would do and you agree with it, then you know where your vote should go, it not then you also know where your vote should go.
Next year 2018, you will have a chance to change the direction of this nation, all of the House of Representatives are up for election, and many of the Senators are also up for election. Please, learn and then vote, do not just vote blindly for either Republican or Democrat. If there is a third party candidate and you agree with that person more than the major parties candidates, vote for that person, even if that one does not win, if enough votes are cast for the third party candidate, it will force the two main party candidates to rethink the direction they want to take the country.

There is nothing which I dread so much as a division of the republic into two great parties, each arranged under its leader, and concerting measures in opposition to each other. This, in my humble apprehension, is to be dreaded as the greatest political evil under our Constitution.

It is a shame that we are working so hard to destroy our history, this statement by John Adams is something that should be known by every one in our nation. We are looking today at that which Adams dreaded in 1789. We do have 2 main political parties and they are diametrically opposed to each other. Of course the truth is that the Republican Party claims to stand for limited government and lower taxes and other so-called conservative principals, while the Democratic Party appears to be sliding into the morass of communism. Of course they claim it is progressive, but socialism has never been a progressive movement, look at Cuba, Venezuela and other countries who have tried this experiment, better yet look at North Korea to see what happens when socialism/communism becomes the way of life.
I like to refer to the Republicans as Republicrats, simply because they are also big government, big spending liberals just as are the Demopublicrats. The big spending on each side is the welfare that is paid out to their constituents. For the Dems it is welfare, food stamps, and other types of social programs. For the Repub it is more money on subsidies to big business, big pharma, the military / Industrial complex and wall street. Both of them want to keep bloated bureaucracy alive and well, so they can tax and spend to their hearts content.
I am still wondering where in the Constitution of the United States it says that the Federal Government can tell me how to educate my children, where is the line that says they can control which Doctor I see or what kind of insurance policy I can buy? Why is it that my tax dollars go to inflated salaries of Congress persons and Senators who every couple of years get to tell me that they are raising their own pay, and then of course the perks that go with their royal position. Since when do the employees get to tell the employers how much pay they get?
The Constitution tells us what they can and cannot do, but they ignore the Constitution all the while they swear to uphold and defend that founding document. The Democrat minority leader in the Senate says that he is a scholar of the Constitution, yet he is perfectly willing to ignore the checks and balances of that document except when they will give him the upper hand. He is all bent out of shape because there is now no longer any way to use the filibuster against the opposition candidate for a seat on the Supreme Court of the US, yet he never said a word when Harry Reid invoked the “nuclear” option when it was to his advantage to do so.
There is one other quote that I find interesting: Chris Matthews MSNBC, you know the guy whose legs got all fuzzy when he got to hearing Barack Obama. He said this: “Idiots voted for third and fourth party candidates, and they don’t know how this system works. You have two choices.” This is patently ridiculous. If enough of us get our heads on right and realize that the two main parties, Republicrats and Demopublicrats are really not the only choices we have, and if we keep voting for these people who are only interested in lining their own pockets, passing laws that are in many ways unconstitutional, and telling us what we have to pay them rather than we telling them what we want them to do and expecting them to do it for the amount we are willing to pay them, then we deserve the chaos we now have.
There is one party out here in the land where it is still acceptable to love America, the land between the east coast and west coast, and that is the Constitution Party. If you actually care a whit about where our nation is headed and want to really make a difference then you need to take a look at what this party stands for.
