The International Monetary Fund wants us to pay an extra $1.40 a gallon of fuel so that we can help save the environment. Just listened to Cavuto and Charles Payne talking about this issue. It seems that the IMF wants us to pay another $1.40 a gallon for our gasoline, in order to help take care of the social programs in Europe and of course to help fight Global Climate Change. I don’t think this will actually happen, but just the thought that these people think that our government would actually allow this to happen, is scary.
I remember that when Obama was running for President the first time, he spoke about prices going up because he wanted to change our energy picture. Get rid of fossil fuels and use “solar, wind and other types of fuels.” Since then we have seen pump prices go up over $3.50 a gallon, this would drive them up to $4.90 a gallon. Who would it hurt, the poor, and the middle class, jobs would be lost because businesses that depend upon shipping from their suppliers would have to lay off, or at least not hire workers. So now we have Obamacare that has all those taxes that we are just beginning to see, and the administration is also talking about new taxes on gas as well.
When is our nation going to wake up and realize just how intrusive this government is becoming, how much of our lives are now being run by government intrusion. If you live in New York City you know how much the government is intruding into your private life. New York State passes a law that they cannot enforce, there are no 7 round magazines, so they have to back off their law that says you have to use a 7 round magazine.
Politicians grow government, unless they see that the people have had enough and want them to stop interfering in our lives, they will continue until we are like France or Greece.

The third Amendment to the Constitution reads: “No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.”
That seems to be pretty open and shut, no soldier is to be quartered in your home, without your consent, in peace time. In a time when we are at war, that will be changed but only under the law, which is to be written by the Congress of the United States. The Federal Government may not, except, in grievous circumstances place troops in your home. Now what are those grievous circumstances? Well we must be at war, there must be laws written by Congress and signed by the President, specifying the reasons and the time of the billet within your home. I would think it might be in a time when the war is on our own doorstep. If it is a war being fought on foreign soil then there would be no need for soldiers to be billeted in your home.
Even if there were riots in the streets and the President declares martial law, this amendment says no to billeting of soldiers in private homes without the consent of the homeowner. Martial law, is not a declaration of war against an enemy, it is needed only in certain instances, and for limited times. The only body with the power to declare war is the Congress of the United States, the House and Senate, not the President.

I find it amazing that the only people who publish hate group lists are liberal organizations, such as the Southern Poverty Law Center, which is really an activist group pushing for Homosexual rights and other liberal rights groups. I was reading about an attack on the Family Research Council which has been labeled as a “Hate Group” by the SPLC. The attack was made by GLAAD a homosexual advocacy group which labeled FRC as “one of the countries most dangerous hate groups.” Yet the only hate was the attack made against FRC and Josh Duggar who had applied for a position with FRC. Of course Josh is also a Christian and promotes Family Values which seems to be the “Hate” these people are talking about.
Now, as a Christian myself, I believe in those same family values. Marriage should be between a man and a woman, we are built to complement each other, to fit together if you will. My scriptures tell me that God made us this way so that the man will leave his mother and father and will cling to his wife and the two shall become one flesh. That is a beautiful picture, only possible in traditional marriage. I believe that children should be raised in a loving home, where the mother and father teach the child the things he or she will need to know to go into their own relationships. I also believe that the scriptures teach that homosexual activity is frowned upon by God, I am not taught to hate those persons involved in that activity, just to be unhappy that they are involved in the life style. I therefore act out of love, not hatred, to try to get folks involved in sin, (any sin), to meet Jesus and understand that Jesus died to free them from sin and to bring them into a right relationship with God.
The truth is that we are all sinners, we all condemn ourselves to eternal damnation, but through the grace of God we are freed from that penalty, if we admit we are sinners and ask for forgiveness through the blood of Christ. I don’t expect everybody to believe as I do, although I do want everyone to enter the Kingdom of Heaven and become a part of the family of God. After all we Christians, who are not perfect, just forgiven, are expecting a great supper one day with Jesus Christ as bridegroom and the Church as his bride, and we would hope that there will be myriads and myriads of celebrants there to enjoy that celebration.
The choice of course is always yours, God does not condemn, your decisions condemn you or bring you to salvation. I also think I might receive some hate mail in regard to this particular entry in my blog, but, I felt it necessary to set out the truth in all of this. We act out of Love, because God acted out of Love toward each of us. BTW, I will not deny that there are those who call themselves Christian, who are not acting in a Christian manner. I agree with those who stand against this anti-christian behavior. We who call upon the name of Christ, should act as Christ acted, not as the world acts. Please think about your position in life, what are your activities? Do you honor yourself and God by your actions, or are you still enthralled by the evil one, and the world? I hope that you will read my words and understand that they are not malicious, but rather hoping to bring you to the throne room of God.

I sometimes wonder if those who become career politicians are really unable to think or speak clearly. Dianne Feinstein. said it was legal to hunt humans with large capacity magazines. Now last time I checked it was illegal to hunt human beings, as a matter of fact it is called “MURDER” of course there is the truth that it is alright to kill babies, but you don’t need a high-capacity magazine to do so. That is of course legal murder, called abortion.
This Senator from loony land west (California), is trying to ban perfectly good guns, used for hunting, and for personal protection, she is also trying to ban large capacity magazines, that is anything that holds more than 10 rounds. It seems to me that if the Federal Government wants to stop these killings they would allow people to protect themselves, instead of setting up shooting galleries for criminals, called gun free zones. Last time I checked, the only person armed with a gun was the man doing the killing, because no one legally could carry a gun inside the school. Oh and he didn’t knock or ring the bell for admittance, he broke a window so he could kill people.
The man who killed people in the theatre in Aurora CO., sneaked out one of the side doors after legally purchasing a ticket to enter the theatre. He retrieved his guns, let himself back in because he had blocked the door open so he could. Once back in the theatre, he was the only person armed and he killed and maimed people at will, because, again it was a gun free zone.
Politicians always tell us it is for our own good, they are protecting us from ourselves. That if they allow people to carry these dangerous guns, they will begin killing each other at an alarming rate, of course time after time that has proved to be a false assumption on their part. The only thing politicians do is to make things harder for you and I to live our lives. They pass stupid legislation that becomes so convoluted it is not readable, and then when the SHTF they write another set of laws to fix the problem they set up in the first place. The plain truth is that there are more than enough laws on the books, but the politicians don’t want to enforce what is already on the books. That’s why our borders are unprotected, our schools are gun free zones, are tax laws are such that not even the IRS can give a straight answer to a tax question.
As for the John McCain’s, the Dianne Feinstein’s of the political world it is time to replace these people with real people instead of D. C. lifers. Tell me what you think? Leave a comment.

Dennis Rodman goes to North Korea, watches a basketball game with the Dictator who wants to start WW 3 with his nuclear weapons, and tells us that he loves the guy. For my way of thinking Rodman could have stayed in North Korea, and I would not have missed him. He is a washed up cross dressing basketball player. The man has mush in his head. As far as political acumen, well mush is still mush.
I thought that there were much better people to listen too when it comes to world affairs, not this guy. Yet he shows up as some kind of star, and they are interviewing him as if he knows what he is doing. WHY?
Kim Jun Un is just another murderer, he is letting his own people starve to death, while he makes sure his cronies and his army eat well. Notice that he is definitely not suffering from malnutrition. This is a man who has threatened South Korea, Japan and the United States. He also wants to sell his nuclear technology to other nations. But we are lucky, he and Dennis Rodman are buddies.

Rand Paul gave some wonderful reasons why it is illegal to kill an American Citizen, on American soil. The Bill of Rights, Amendment 4 states: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” Amendment 5 states: “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without the due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
In other words, an American citizen, on American soil, may not be killed by some politician or operative of the government. If there has been no indictment, and no trial by a jury, and no judgement of the death penalty, yet our Department of (In)justice, Attorney General can’t give a simple answer to the question of whether or not a drone can kill an American Citizen on American Soil. This is not a Dictatorship, nor are we ruled by a King or Emperor. It is time and past time to rein in this government.
People including myself, have asked for the military to take a hand in protecting our borders, since the Mexican Federales fire on our people all the time, but our military cannot be used to protect our country. Here is the wrong in all of this, the military cannot protect us, but can be used to kill us in DIRECT Contravention of the Posse Comitatus law. This law was passed after the War between the States. It can be found in 18 USC § 1385 and basically says you cannot use the armed forces of the United States Federal Government as a law enforcement group inside the United States. This is why the very idea of having a drone strike against an US Citizen is reprehensible. It is morally bankrupt policy when it is used even overseas to kill a terror suspect, along with whatever innocent people may be around them at the time.
Write to your congress persons, your senators and tell them what you think about even the possibility of such an act inside our nation.

At a hearing on the Colorado bill HB 1226, listens to a rape victim say that if she had her gun she could have stopped the rapist. This woman was a martial arts expert, but the rapist was much bigger than she and had a weapon. The Senator has the audacity to say to this woman that, even if she had a gun the attacker probably would have been able to get it from her and use it on her. She says that statistics are against her being able to defend herself against a larger more aggressive male attacker.
There are two obvious wrongs here, one the woman was attacked on a college campus and two this Senator doesn’t know her head from her nether region. There are two things that this woman should have said to this woman, then shut her mouth before her foot reached it. One, I am sorry that you were attacked, and, perhaps we need to step back from taking away your right to protect yourself. I am really amazed at these Democrats in Colorado, they do not want a woman to have the right to protect herself, and they want to make all women on campus fair game for rapists, robbers and other assorted trash, by making sure the campus is a gun free zone.
At one time I thought Colorado would be a nice place to live, now I know it is not. I’ll stay in Texas where common sense prevails. We even have school districts where the teachers and administrators are allowed to carry concealed. I don’t understand the mentality that wants to allow killers, rapists and other scum of the earth to be able to prey on innocent children, women and men teachers, just to keep the campus safe from guns. That Colorado State Senate chamber needs to be cleared of idiots who have no conception of real life, and bring in some folks who have actually done something productive. You know, ranchers, oil field workers, mechanics, send the lawyers packing so that maybe some common sense will prevail. While we are at it would be a good thing to do the same thing in Washington D. C. get rid of the lawyers and bring in working people for a change.

I personally find this statement by the Federal Government to be reprehensible, the voters of the State of California voted to say that they agreed that hetrosexual couples were the proper Marriage not homosexual couples. They did not take away civil rights from homosexual couples.

While Janet Napolitano was lying about long lines at airports, and how they would have to furlough TSA agents, so get to the airport early. That same agency signed a contract worth $50 million dollars to buy uniforms for their agents. Not only that but the Government just posted 400 new jobs openings, even though they won’t be able to fully pay all their other employees according to our President. It is amazing to me that our government thinks we are all totally stupid, the sequester is only about 1% of the total amount that the government is going to spend this year. It is not a cut in programs only a cut in the speed of growth in government spending. The government has a projected amount of 3.1 trillion dollars to be spent this year, yet the President says that the sequester will destroy all sorts of programs. Every one of the programs he talks about have increased levels of spending this year, how is the sequester stopping any of these programs? Not only that but the Republicans in the house are all set to fully fund Obamacare with this continuing resolution.
Here is a news flash! STOP THE SPENDING!!!! We the people are getting totally wiped at the excesses coming from the talking heads in Washington D. C. and the facts are clear that spending is the problem not income. The president wants more taxes, not cuts in spending, yet the taxes paid this year are already bringing record amounts into the coffers of government. Second news flash! PAY DOWN THE DEBT!!!! I know they won’t listen unless enough of we the people stand up and tell them to stop the madness. Stop the lying about what is really happening and how we can get out of this mess, and please Don’t say SPEND MORE.
Folks, do yourself and your friends and neighbors a huge favor, tell your Senators and Representatives in the Senate and House, to stop the madness, stop the spending and return control to us, to we the people. We are capable of managing our own lives much better than government, just look at NYC and their madman mayor Bloomberg. He is stopping businesses from making any money because they are no longer able to supply what their customers want, they can no longer sell 44 ounce drinks, pizza parlors cannot deliver 2 liter bottles of soda with your pizza order. Is this what you want in your life? Do you really want government to control even what you eat and drink?
Now I have to admit I don’t drink soda, I drink water, but that is my preference, government did not order me to drink water, I decided for myself. This Nanny State nonsense has to stop before we become a socialist nation, ending up like Greece or France (God forbid). Please folks, get on your congressperson and your senators and let them know you are displeased with the growth in government, and the lies they are telling us.
